Eric Day TEAM Arizona RiderCoach

Eric came to TEAM Arizona just about one year ago.  He coaches mostly out at Glendale Community College (lovingly referred to as the Glendale Country Club).  In the rider training world, he’s what we call a “coach’s coach”.  He’s blended seamlessly into the TEAM Arizona way.  His student feedback forms are, in a word, flawless.

Eric started his motorcycling journey back in 1976 when he bought a brand new Honda CB 125 for $499 (wish you had that now don’t ya!).  He used the motorcycle for getting around while he attended college.

Currently, Eric rides a BMW R1100R and also enjoys riding a hack (motorcycle with a sidecar) when he can get his hands on one.

Here are some more fun tidbits about Eric:

  • His favorite ride is the Blue Ridge Parkway
  • He likes coaching for the simple fact he likes being around bikes and motorcyclists
  • He specifically loves the joy that overcomes first time riders when they get over their fear and realize they can ride.

Please, take time to wish Eric well-deserved CONGRATULATIONS!  We here at TEAM Arizona are proud to have him as part of the family!
