Steve Guenther is TEAM Arizona’s RiderCoach of the Month for April 2012!

Steve has been affiliated with TEAM Arizona off and on for more than ten years.  He’s kept the fire burning all these years.  In his own words, “It’s the greatest job! There are very few opportunities for mere mortals like me to ride around on motorcycles and get paid for it! Seriously though, the satisfaction of helping people achieve their goal of learning to ride is unmatched.”

Steve increased his coaching frequency lately and provided his RiderCoach excellence for several Basic RiderCourses per week in the last month.  Even with the enhanced work schedule, he’s maintained outstanding student surveys.  His dedication to coaching excellence is helping TEAM Arizona be the premier rider training organization in Arizona.

Here are a few interesting facts about Steve:

  • His stable includes a 2001 Suzuki SV650(daily driver), a 2000 Honda RC51, a 1994 Honda VFR 750, and another SV 650 which is a track-only bike.
  • His favorite ride is Hannagan Meadow, AZ, via Globe and Safford, returning home through Show Low and Payson.
  • His biggest challenge is finding ten different ways to say the same thing. Every person in class is different, and explaining things in a way that makes “the light bulb come on” is very important.

Please, take time to wish Steve well-deserved CONGRATULATIONS!  We here at TEAM Arizona are proud to have him as part of the family!
